New creations

Hi everyone, I know I haven't blogged on here and I joined a very long time ago, not sure what made me log in, but I guess there are a lot of exciting things going on in my creative life at the moment, and I wanted to share it all.

I'm passionate about painting and creating and making and restoring, and hopefully over the next few days and weeks, I'll get chance to post some photos of the things I've done, along with details about how I got to the end product.

I've been teaching some of my painting techniques for the last 2 years, but student numbers are falling off as budgets get ever tighter, so maybe I need to move more online, here are a few photos of my creations, with details to follow at the weekend

I made this for a friend, it went all the way to Canada

And here are a few of my paintings, using wax as a resist, then misting with water, and dropping watercolours to let them float over the drawing to create lots of texture
